Terms of Service

Last Modified: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our source code packages, creating an administrative account, or deploying the AssetPro Enterprise Suite, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform or downloading our software assets.

2. Digital Product License & Delivery

Upon verified clearance of payment via our integrated Flutterwave gateway, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-workspace digital product usage license.

  • Source Code Package: You are authorized to customize the Next.js frontend and Express backend for internal business environments or customized on-premises production runs.
  • Prohibited Activity: You may not repackage, re-license, redistribute, or resell the core template scripts, database schemas, or visual asset layouts onto public repositories or competing product storefronts.

3. Subscription & Hosting Terms

For deployments hosted across our managed shared cloud infrastructures, you are entirely responsible for securing your root administrative access tokens. We execute automated secondary security backups, but we do not assume liability for localized hardware data drops or credential leaks occurring on your customized workspace channels.

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable, intangible nature of digital products, repository source files, and automated asset bundle delivery configurations, all sales are completely final once checkout transactions complete and download access token states are generated.

5. Platform Audits & Fair Usage

You agree not to bypass route guard protection wrappers, flood helpdesk live chat widgets with high-frequency scripts (which trigger standard automated system rate limit constraints), or run reverse-engineering operations on infrastructure core packages.

6. Limitation of Liability

AssetPro Enterprise is delivered "as-is" without explicit operational warranties. In no event shall our engineering group be held liable for internal inventory accounting discrepancies, infrastructure hosting costs adjustments, or unhandled software downtime periods.
