Software License Agreement

1. License Grant & Scope

Subject to your verified purchase clearance via the official checkout portal, AssetPro Enterprise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable Commercial Usage License. This license authorizes you to utilize, modify, and deploy the Next.js frontend and Express backend source code repository files.

2. Permitted Customizations & Uses

Under this commercial agreement frameworks, you are explicitly permitted to:

• Modify database models, route controllers, layouts, and API logic vectors to fit individual corporate ecosystems.
• Deploy unlimited staff user accounts, branches, and standalone departments under the designated network tier.
• Host the compiled application scripts on private on-premises servers, cPanel architectures, or private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Render, Vercel).

3. Strict Restrictions & Prohibitions

Your license grant explicitly forbids any form of public source distribution. A breach of these terms immediately terminates your commercial license validation status:

• No Reselling: You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, sub-license, or lease standalone modifications of our source code bundles.
• No Public Repositories: Storing raw codebase scripts, configuration files, or Prisma migrations inside public GitHub/GitLab repositories is strictly illegal. All codebase storage must remain private.
• No Marketplace Packaging: You are barred from using the platform layout templates to construct competing digital scripts or theme packs on standard code marketplace platforms.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

This agreement preserves all baseline design copyright rights. The source code, structure, architecture blueprints, custom icons integrations, and deployment configurations are protected by copyright laws. You own the modifications you write, but the underlying root framework code belongs exclusively to AssetPro Enterprise.

5. Termination Clause

This License Agreement remains fully operational until terminated. Your rights under this text block will terminate automatically without warning if you violate any restriction listed in Section 3. Upon license revocation, you must permanently scrub all duplicate copies of our source code files from your active storage disks.

6. Warranty & Support Disclaimer

The software source data layers are deployed "as-is". Our development group delivers documentation guides and automated setup scripts but does not assure that customized configuration tweaks written by your internal teams will scale without localized debugging loops.
